The next major impression builder is the kitchen. Make sure it is bright and cheery. If it needs paint, paint it. Same with flooring. If it need fixing or replacing, do it. Make sure it is clean...everything clean. Floor, cabinets, inside, drawers inside, don't forget any kitchen vents. Make it smell clean. Check plumbing. No drippy faucets, kitchen or bath and no running toilets. Do all the same intensive cleaning in the the bathroom.
